The rules of buying from Kmunch, written so you can actually read them.

1. Who we are

Kmunch is an online retailer of imported Asian food and snacks, operating from Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment clears. If an item sells out between your payment and our packing, we contact you and refund that item in full within three working days.

3. Prices

All prices are in Nigerian naira and include applicable taxes. Import costs move, so prices can change without notice. The price you paid at checkout is the price that holds for your order.

4. Payment

We accept card, bank transfer, USSD and wallet payments through Paystack. We do not store card details. Orders are prepaid.

5. Delivery

Delivery windows on the delivery page are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and courier delays happen. We keep you updated by WhatsApp when they do. Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel.

6. Food safety and allergies

Ingredients are listed on every product page and printed on every pack. Many products are made in facilities that also handle wheat, soy, milk, egg, peanut and shellfish. If you have an allergy, read the pack before eating. We cannot accept liability for a reaction to an ingredient that is disclosed on the packaging.

8. Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of our staff.

9. Reviews

Reviews you post become publicly visible. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information or spam. We do not remove a review just because it is negative.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Changes

We update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you order. Questions go to hello@kmunch.ng.
